Currently making soup from veggies I fermented two years ago. It's only getting better over time.

Here's an amazing recipe for these veggies and vegan soup (until you use broth and an egg), I shared it here a long time ago and will share it again. Get a big glass with lid, do a big batch and give it to others as an autumn/christmas gift.

Do it. It's cooked within minutes, add vermicelli noodles and a spoonful of dried yeast and it will warm you up like grandma's recipe๐Ÿ‘Œ
