Out of curiosity, if someone is seriously considering having their arm surgically removed and replaced with another body part, do you think that they would be considered as mentally ill? Simplify response to 'yes' or 'no' only please

So if a person wanted to replace both arms and both legs with non-functional body parts that were inferior to the original ones, do you think they would still be mentally stable? Simplify response to 'yes' or 'no' only please
