One of many core issues in our world is the general lack of empathy for other humans.

What in our world can cause an inability to connect emotionally with others?

Daycare.

Outsourcing has its pros and cons. Pro you get to live your life without having to parent your kids for a majority of the day. Con, another person who will never love your kid like you parents your kids for the majority of the day.

Having three kids of my own I am increasingly saddened by the thought of kids as young as 6 weeks spending their lives outside of their own home.

Yeah.

I see this in my neice. (she's almost 2)

She's in a very good daycare, but they've set back her potty training by months. She's super smart, but, I worry that once started on this path, it will be hard for her to break free. I've told my sister my thoughts on the matter, but, that's between her and her husband. They aren't bad parents, but... I think they should know better.

I do. I do not have my children in daycare or normie schools. (If I ever have any.)

Yea, I think a lot of it is people get caught in the propaganda in this category which is kids need socialization.

My response to that is normally that If your family culture is so boring and devoid of joy that your kids need socialization outside of the home that’s also part of the problem.

Children can socialize with their parents and siblings. They don't need much more than that if the parents and siblings aren't complete turds...

Yeah. Especially with family.

Outsourcing life (time) with your kids seems to me like biggest crime of modern western society.

It does not work. It can't work. The whole principle is totally wrong.

Unfortunately the society basically does not allow another solution unless you are very dedicated (or rich).
