This is true. And I’ve been to a lot of places.

New England really does rock. Born and raised there. Unbelievable beauty. One of the few places where you can experience the biggest cities, great mountains, beautiful beaches all within a few hours of each other
I’ve argued this for years. And most importantly you get the actual 4 seasons. Winters at sub zero and shit ton of snow up north, summers in the 90’s, and just look outside today for the beauty of fall.
Oh and Spring happens too.
The foliage is unreal too. I was actually thinking about what you’re saying the other day. A lot of people don’t experience four seasons like you do in NE. I cant imagine Christmas in 70° San Diego😅
We’re vibing today fren.
I use San Diego and North Carolina as places I would blow my head off living in.
Like Vanilla Ice cream. Especially San Diego. “It’s like 75 degrees every day”
Me as I walk to the bridge to throw myself off. I need the extremes baby.
Give me a shit ton of snow and then 98 degree summers. England would be a living hell.
1000000%.
I genuinely think people who don’t experience nature that can kill you don’t have the same humility as people who know the air will actually freeze them to death if they don’t prepare for it lol
I love going outside in my boxers at -35c, just long enough to feel where I end, and the universe begins. You can literally feel it trying to suck the life out of you. Very humbling.
Been there. We have an outside hot tub here. I play with death some winters just to see if it’s my time:). Frozen hair in seconds is an awesome experience.
Dog I’m gonna go out in a limb and say you’re probably a pond hockey pro, right? You’re a hockey guy. If you’ve been in this area long enough there’s no way you weren’t hitting snap shots off the pond
Lake Winni 3 years and Lake Champlain 1 year. Fallen off last few years but guilty as charged.
Bro for years I had a season pass to Stowe! Champlain/Burlington are sick. Dope little skatepark over there by the lake too. Haven’t been up in a few years but I used to go to Burlington/stowe every weekend in the winters
