We tried to watch Father Ted with my boys recently but they couldn’t get over how distracting the laughter track is. A real shame

That is a shame, it did put me off it the first time I watched it but I found it eventually adds to the cheesy out of date feeling of it all kind of like the 70's wallpaper and Dougal's He-Man duvet cover.
