Or set it permanently to ‘in a meeting’ and force ppl to really think about whether or not a meeting is necessary… esp video calls. 😂 #lessmeetings

Agree. Also feel free to take a walk during meetings that don’t require visuals. My team is used to hearing background noise on occasion when I’m getting fresh air.
