And if every light was on on your dash that could be the negative battery cable is bad.
Naw it literally said on the dash there was issues with the cooling system for the hybrid system, which is a known to lead to a issue with a failing high current inverter cooling system generally the pump for it.
This is a known issue & in feb Toyota lost a class action lawsuit about this issue.
They have to warranty that part for 20 extra years now for 4 codes related to the issue.
