What about 'dissiminating blocks' functionality? If your one of your trusted follows 'superblocks' something your client automatically also blocks it, and so forth, hence quickly spreading a block. #2cents
I think ooen mute/block lists and having the possibility to subscribe to them (effectively copying a user's block list) is very powerful, yes.
Someone will build it, as those lists are public by default on #nostr
