Lol because its just another EVM blockchain with its own native token, Layer2 is just a marketing ploy

As much as cashu, fedi etc are interesting. They also aren't L2, as far as my understanding goes. Much building still to be done..
100% they're interesting solutions more to try and skirt regulatory issues and UX issues than being an L2, and they have their place in the ecosystem, same with ugly step children Rootstock and Liquid
