Same

Found the Wasabi "attack":

"to be precise: changes the # of inputs to 2 (yep), drops the coinjoin time from 45 min to 5 min, and raises the fee % to milk you" [1]

Doesn't sound like much of an attack to me but a malicious coordinator playing with parameters in a legal range that are free to control and clients just accepting whatever the coordinator says.

Growing pains of an open market 😘

Understand what you do. Applied knowledge is power.

Well, I’d still call it somewhat of an attack. It’s crazy expensive compared to β€œthe rest of the market” in an attempt to siphon sats from people. The intention is definitely hostile πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Wasabi software makes a thing configurable. Coordinator changes the default config values. Wasabi is therefore under attack.

A very "sophisticated attack" 🀣
