In this video there is a demo of how the web client works
But if you are a technical user I recommend the Mostro-cli client
Privacy: .... users always must use a new Nostr identity for each transaction, ensuring their privacy ....
Reputation System: ... your initial reputation will not be very high; instead, it will progressively increase as you accumulate more successful transactions ......
