I made an Nostr account. somehow there's an account with the same name as here on mastodon tho I didn't set it up. it has all my toots and stuff. can anyone help me?

gossip seems to more familiar to me so probably going to keep using that
seems to be a nostr thing if one has mastodon. nostr makes a 'ghost' account with your public key. at least so I'm told
