Pulsed electromagnetic energy (#microwaves) can be used against a targeted individual to cause a fight or flight response. There being no direction the feeling is coming from, it can frustrate the right individual sending them mentally unstable, irritable, paranoid and likely to lash out. This is being used by governments right now. Since 9/11 they've learned **not to wait** but manufacture a crisis so they can impose laws allowed by their citizens out of fear.
The powers including the Investigatory Powers Act, 2016, are already in place and can deal with knife crime. The surveillance tech is already in place. The will to do something about it isn't.
The UK government, police forces and intelligence services simply don't care about British citizens dying on British streets, they applaud it, because it gives them more reason to impose more laws that give them more powers against the citizens they don't care about.
Politics is about protecting your family; your bloodline. The very bloodline they, the government, security services, military and police forces want to wipe out.
