Well, today is my birthday and I have some thoughts to share with all of you. A word that keep coming to mind:

Grateful

Gratefulness is not just a word, it’s an emotion, a feeling unlike any other I’ve ever experienced. I discovered this only recently - as a chad-like man, I’m not prone to doing things like yoga - lifting heavy was my MO, but I had a few injuries at the end of last year and wifu convinced me to try yin yoga. What an experience! While lifting stirs the muscles, yoga reaches deeper into the facia, and the mind and soul. There’s nothing better than combining the two.

Gratefulness snuck into my mind as an “intention” you are offered to keep in your mind as you breathe and pose during yoga, and it sunk in. I began to open my mind and my soul up to this new emotion and espouse it in my life and with those around me that help lift me and make me who I am today. Grateful for the love I feel around me. Wifu. Doggo. Friends. Family. Grateful for all of them.

I’m grateful and humbled by this community we’re creating here amongst ourselves - grateful for the freedom we share and thrive in - grateful for the sharing of ideas and opinions which help us grow - grateful as well for our efforts to free the world of enslavement through buidl and teaching.

Set your intention today, please. It need not be gratefulness, but perhaps an emotion you’ve heard talked about around you but never experienced yourself. Breathe deeply and with purpose. Discipline your mind to think deeply on your intention. Think about how to incorporate it into your close world inside and around you. Live your intention and in so doing, change the world around you for the better.

I feel that energy here. You all have it in you. Challenge yourself. I’ll be right here with you to support you.
