I feel like this applies to many people around me, but I don't have enough information to fully understand.

All you really need to know is Christmas began to be celebrated near the winter solstice to make conversation to Christianity easier because major holidays were almost the same.

Yeah, I know, but to call it "thieving" for *that* reason .. 😂
