More employers should do this but they don't. I remember, once upon a time, a department called Personnel. That's been scrapped and replaced with Human Resources. What is done with resources one may ask? BURN and USE them up until depletion and dispose of the and replaced. Not every HR department operates this way but the overwhelming numbers of those who do drown out those who don't.
