You need more relays. Looks like your only connected to Primal. I think most clients have a recommended relay list. I know Damus does.
Also, I'd just stick to one client once you find one that seems to work since Nostr seems to take some time to know your here.

It does, also following people seems to help let the network know your here. I started by clicking on profiles of people I knew and followed some people I know.
