All about that consistency π€
Absolutely π― consistency in both exercise and diet. Good wholesome diet is crucial to be healthy
Definitely!
Diet > exercise even
Diet is 80% of the entire puzzle lol
Few understand this π€·πΎββοΈ
Shit diet = shit body
Few understand this
Not prioritizing diet and cardio warriors are the funniest things in fitness to me. Both things wonβt yield much result π€·πΎββοΈ

I always laugh when they eat random sugary shit hehe
I remember long ago on fb, a friend of a friend would tag himself at the gym practically every day. Little to no rest days π He would also tag himself at a fast food joint right after. One day he posted a pic of him flexing. A girl commented: you look in terrible shape for someone who goes to the gym regularly. Probably not the comment he was looking for ππ
That hurt me π« π« π« β οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈ

So did your friend change after that murder or didnβt care? lol
From what I saw on fb, it seemed like the comment didnβt affect him that much. But then again who knows with an online post. As for tagging himself at the fast food joint after the training, he did not stop from what I remember
Haha he didnβt care at all lol
High time preference π
Hehehehe
It took me years to understand that diet is so important. I was like your friend back in hs, strong but chubby and always hated that. I was so focused on calories in and out that never paid attention to nutrition itself.
For example, having a steak is not the same as having a protein bar (not even close) but they have similar calories. 1 calorie from junk is not the same as 1 calorie from real food
Nutrition changes everything. Home cooked meals is always the best. Itβs fine to eat at a fast food joint once in a while. But daily like that guy is crazy. Especially with everything we know about processed foods
1 calorie != 1 calorie
All calories are not equal π€·πΎββοΈ
They are not. Definitely not equal
The rabbit hole on fast food gets pretty dark very quick. All Iβll say is avoid ground beef from stores and obvs fast food chains
