I didn't say you should. Just saying you could. Not worth the side effects IMO

steroids - 40%

growth hormone, insulin, IGF-1 - 20%

genetics - 20%

diet and training - 20%

for strength ( as opposed to size ) something else becomes a factor - your MIND

i was able to outlift everybody due to superiority of my mind. we were all on steroids, but i was still stronger.

for things like Olympic Lifting and Butterfly mind altogether vaults to number 1 factor in the equation, which is why this is how i train now.

why compete with others on something they all can do ( take drugs ). i choose to compete on something only i can do ( use my mind ).

this is called being smart. google it.
