Suriname is truly a beautiful country, with great people. My first visit was last year, with the family, and we had an awesome time. In 3 weeks time I only saw a "Bitcoin accepted here" sign once though 😅, so plenty of work and education to do
One tip for people flying over from Europe: booking a flight via SLM on a KLM aircraft will save you hundreds of dollars per ticket. You'll have the same flight as people booking KLM directly
Avoid the SLM aircraft, it's often out of service and delayed.
