We're experiencing backend issues today related to nostr:nprofile1qyxhwumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmvqqs8u5uf0rd2p9wmdxxaznpn54tkq8wwspmljy0cjqw6jdgm5kv84dsa6ns25 freezing up when it fails to get an exchange rate. It's frustrating, but being worked on. Eventually the LNbits guys will fix this bug. There's even a pull request out there for it.
