Tucker Carlson is appalled when geoengineering expert Dane Wigington reveals what is really being sprayed into the sky. Dane Wigington named seven substances of concern:

2. Barium

3. Strontium

4. Manganese

5. Surfactants

6. Polymer fibers

7. Graphene

Tucker asked who the hell is doing this, and Wigington replied, “All roads lead to those who print the money,” naming the Department of Defense and DARPA as “coordinating agencies.”
