First a title from "Block and report" to "Block or report"

Then instead of a form, the same styled button as block btn in different color dhould open the same report form.

As a non-developer I think thats an easy fix.

And another thing I just thought about is when content is reported, we might avoid abuse with a voting system allowed only to profiles with certain history so if some kid report an exposed nipple multiple times with different accounts, the honest voters can reset his report. And just like report is visible, so are the voting scores.

A simple upvote, downvote arrows like on Reddit might be easiest to understand.

This I believe is not do simple to integrate 😄
