Clouds gather.

Is their goal to block out the sun?

To cast the world into darkness?

It does not matter.

The sun shines regardless.

The clouds are always temporary; they know not what they do.

Patience.

The sun still shines.

Darkness never lasts.

There is no darkness at all, only the absence of light.

You're so right...the sun shines regardless of our situation or perspective, which may, at times, be obscured by clouds. We persevere.

Gotta disagree about darkness being the absence of light though. Darkness is the default, broken only by the presence of light. (Just as cold is the default, distinguished by the presence of heat if its there.)

Still, I love the optimism in this post!
