I just did 2x24 hour fasts with nothing but 2 steaks in the middle (and plenty of water of course). Feeling great.

Interesting. I was kinda surprised at how well it went. I only planned to do 24. Ended up with 2x.
It must be a post summer thing. I'm doing one meal a day. protein and veg with minimal carbs. Chicken, lamb, beef or pork. Today was a slow cooked brisket with a little carrot and celery, fresh veg stock, homemade chicken stock and accompanied with steamed shreaded green beans from our village.
That sounds epic actually - I can only imagine the focus that that would generate
