Additionally I'd suggest MSM and GLYCINE.

MSM [methylsulfonylmethane (CH3)2SO2 ]. It is a sulphur compound with positive effects on cartilage regeneration (osteoarthritis) and the immune system. I take it together with GLYCINE [C2H5NO2], a non-essential amino acid.

Both approx. 1 teaspoon daily, but 3-4 months are necessary to feel the effects.
