Taco Tuesday at my house, too, but with seasoned pulled chicken.

Yep! 2-3 chicken breasts, half a jar of salsa, some taco seasoning, and some ranch seasoning. Let it all cook for at least 4 hours, then just shred it in the pot with forks.
