No wont be a rug. It just mean ppl that kyc cant hide anything and HAVE to pay taxes. Thats all.

Non kyc ppl (sats) cant send to an exchange

No it will. This what people don't get. The government keeps that info in a database and they can claim anything they want against a "crypto" holder in the future. You have been warned.
