It's not just the momentum; it's a bad idea.

It's not what it appears to be. The delegation token scoping seems like it'll limit the usage of the delegatee's key, but it's ripe for abuse, and fixing it breaks nostr

Even without the scoping, it greatly increases the costs for relays (and clients) --> centralization; if it had received widespread usage and support, it would kill nostr
