Round 3 of making #comfrey salve. The infused oil was much darker green and smell a bit funky.
Added some vanilla extract to counter the fart smell. Now it smells like vanilla farts.

Gorgeous strong color π when I was a kid, my mom had a comfrey salve she had boughtβ¦ it definitely didnβt smell farty, but herbal. It was much lighter green, though.
She probably knew what she was doing. I've never been accused of that

Looking good ππ» you could try doubling the wax content to lighten it.
I like the consistency as it is though. Any more and it would be soap.
Go with what works for you.
I also realised after I hit post, if you increase the wax content it would be too hard, and probably unusable π€£π€£
