Just one tiny little thing: Consider near-field sound reinforcement so the first couple of rows in front of the main stage can hear the speakers clearly. Relatively cheap, not more than 300€ for a stage the size of yours. I use this technique for large halle where the loudspeakers are usually hanging from the ceiling and pump the volume towards the center of the hall. The first couple of rows then only hear the echos of the sound and the low frequencies.
