That's why I'm attacking the rhetoric, not the people. The devs are hearing this "don't test, don't fix, fuck the users" rhetoric all day, every day. They should know that this is not a Natural Law.

No more excuses, no more spin. Let's just fix the processes and the bugs and develop like adults.
