Things that have made me happy today:

- a good nights sleep

- spending time with my dad

- productivity via email

- thai lunch

- upcoming walk with my sibling

- looking at spring dresses

Things that may be a tad gloomy: although I definitely wanted/want the life I have, it is a bit remote living this way.

Curious as to the "remote" part. Is it because you are a remote worker, or you work for yourself by yourself, or you are geographically remote from human activity?

I don't mean to be probing; feel free to ignore the question.
