Sometimes I forgot what a different universe boomers live in, and then I get a glimpse inside their homes on my sunset walk: flourescent lights and a massive big screen television with the legacy media clearing blaring all day, shaping their reality.

Before my stepdad passed away, he literally would keep the tv on 24/7, with the default always being CNN.
They always have the tv SO LOUD too. It makes it so hard to think when I’m getting screamed at by their tvs

My dad is a boomer and has the woke mind virus. But he still is such a loving and amazing father. It’s such a shame they attach so much faith and trust into such deceitful programming.
