Another day in the crippled life. Every step is painful the nerve block has worn off I feel every stich & staple. Oh man it all hurts hopefully the 25th i'll be able to get the stiches & staples out. Then I must make arrangements for my rehabilitation. If I go to a center I may only have my phone & you people of nostr.
No games or anything i'll feel depressed but you could prevent that by just engaging in conversation. Oh boy don't break your ankle. I wonder did they just cut the whole back of my foot open from side to side? I'll find out when I look probably not but i'm just thinking of skin healing creams & scar removal.
I removed one scar I had once it was an accidental & unethical method but it worked. I can't do that here. Most things i'm reading say fill the indents with cream & place a bandage over them so your body can realize it needs to fill in a spot. Hope it works i'll be trying everyday when the stiches are out.
