Congratulations!!!
π€ thank you, never would've guessed i'd consider going beyond bachelors, but times change eh
Do what makes you happy, but as someone who has been out of school for over 13 years, I wish I'd spent less time in school and more time getting real world experience and building my own business.
matter of taste, i definitely see your point π
School felt like prison to me but I went to American schools where they brainwash you.
what kind of brainwash do you feel that you experienced?
The kind where they make you study and regurgitate fairy tales about their view of US and World History. They teach you about gerund phrases and how to make grilled cheese sandwiches instead of how to run a business or provide for yourself.
The US education system is set up to create dependent employees, not entrepreneurs. Worker bees not leaders.
They don't teach you about taxes, just that you should obey the laws or end up in prison. The curriculum and courses available largely center around distraction from missteps by the American govt and place blame on foreign countries when something went awry in history.
Economics is another topic that they totally misrepresent. Most of what I've learned about the world came after graduating from university.
specialization?
economic analysis
Have you checked https://www.misesgraduateschool.org/
no, never heard π€
could you give me a TL;DR? have more time later on to browse it π
Practically all βeconomicsβ taught at fiat university is a scam. Its marxist-keynesianist nonsense that would not exist on the free market save for central planner diktat, and subsidy.
Unlike fiat economics, the Mises grad program focuses on Austrian economics, which many associate btc with. It is private and donor funded.
Also consider saifedean.com economic courses and seminar online. Austrian economics, everyone is there voluntarily, fraction of fiat uni costs.
ooh, that sounds incredible π€π€
do they cost anything or are they free of charge?
There is no such thing as βfree of chargeβ. Someone is paying, somehow.
In the case of fiat uni economics this is subsidized by coercion.
Mises has donors, although it is not free.
I imagine saifedean course is more cost effective than Mises, as it is online.

Without knowing more about the curriculum this form of econ analysis is useful https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Net_present_value
ooh, lots of new terms and concepts here to learn
thank you so much, incredibly kind of you to share ππ€
Itβs the basis for PE/VC. Mind you, the textbooks are written with fiat as the measuring stick.
If you ask nicely maybe nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx or nostr:npub1saxmd5km0vusxhl84tqeaqaysftezh3h6ne22h95efntutth42yqlju5fv can tell you how to measure in btc instead.
PE/VC meaning private equity and venture capital here right? π
ooh, i'd love to learn more about it from them too
