For someone who can buy with100K in cash today. 1 BTC is very less for them.
I am have just started my 30’s and have been stacking by producing more and spending less.
I feel I need to find ways to produce more but if going in business is the pathway then I feel beating BTC YoY gains is very hard and I feel it would be like that for few more cycles.

-reduce expenses and increase focus
-Don't do anything that doesn't let you sleep at night
-Don't put yourself in a position that risks what you already stacked
