I’ve never been active on any social media. I had a twitter account but didn’t post, only lurked in the shadows. No facebook, instagram or any of the others.

I’ve found that most people in my day to day life, including lifelong friends, don’t really want to talk about “real” stuff or deep dive into subjects that interest me. Nostr is a place to scratch that itch. Really, I don’t even note much here but there are endless rabbit holes with free-thinkers having meaningful conversations to scratch that itch.
