We're just telling them and keeping a manual tally and will send them the Sats on their 18th Birthday if their capable of self custody.
We did this for a couple of older nephews a few years ago, which was less successful:

Thatâs cool! I think itâs a good idea. You could give them a âview onlyâ wallet then they can keep an eye on it but canât move it until you give them the key.. much better than a traditional 21 key!
Good idea, that could be a stepping stone to full self custody for them.
Makes it more tangible.
