Scarcity of what? This jpeg (that someone spent 18 actually scarce Bitcoin to inscribe)? I just inscribed it on nostr for free. It's a pretty shitty jpeg to boot 
i forget the guys name who created it but i listen once or twice. based on what he describes the older the sat the more valuable, if the jpeg is within a rare block the more valuable. its a contrary concept to the fungibility of bitcoin. 1 btc = 1btc
