You're right, but it depends on what we want to achieve.

If the goal is to stay a small community of hardcore Bitcoiners, then your point makes sense.

Look, I’m a maximalist too — just hopefully not as toxic as many others.

But I stand by what I said: real maximalists are more than welcome,

but if we want to move forward, we need to be gentler with those who are still outside the Bitcoin world. That’s all.
