Grocery shopping with my favorite human being.

It’s fun but also frustrating sometimes.

Finding healthy food and snacks for kids these days feels like a mission.

Labels say “natural” but the ingredient list tells a different story.

Sugar everywhere 😵‍💫.

Anyone else feel the same?

Would love to hear what other parents are doing?! 🤷‍♂️

Let’s help each other raise healthy little rebels 💪🏼🧡

Just educate and know that it takes time and it will be times when you think you failed, but accept it and continue doing what you believe in (same as hodling). Also, be a north star, a.k.a. show by example ⭐

What I also prefer is to avoid regular shops, but chose local markets where you can have a human contact before buying something.

Good luck 🙏

Valuable. Thanks for sharing sir 👊🏼

The struggle is real, man. We tried preschool for my son this year and he has come home with so much candy, it's truly disgusting. He didn't really have a taste for sugar or candy before but now it's way worse.

Thankfully, he forgets quickly and I toss it all out. But finding any kind of real food snacks for kids is nearly impossible. It's basically just fruit.

It’s become crazy I agree. Not easy these days we clearly need to be aware of what we feed our children’s body and mind with. 🫡🧡👊🏼

Teach them the difference between food like meat and eggs and edible products like candies and other supermarket products with long expiry dates.

Teach them that the best food is not the most convenient but is more nourishing

Great value in here. Thanks for sharing and your input 👌🏼💜🤙🏼🧡
