I remember putting down a deposit on the Ubuntu phone about ten years ago. Didn’t reach the goal so it didn’t happen, but liked the idea.
opposite now -- just check hardware list which are already tested - confirmed - use that model only or buy same - u can change to manufacturer ROm anytime - some technical flashing knowledge needed
