Breaking from DropSiteNews: The principal flotilla ship “Family” was rocked by an explosion on its front deck while anchored at the port of Tunis. The Global Sumud Flotilla said the boat – carrying Steering Committee members and sailing under a Portuguese flag – was “struck by what is suspected to be a drone.”

All crew and passengers were evacuated safely, with no injuries reported. Organizers said “acts of aggression aimed at intimidating and derailing our mission will not deter us. Our peaceful mission to break the siege on Gaza and stand in solidarity with its people continues with determination and resolve.”

They added that an investigation is underway, and more details will be released immediately as they become available. Videos circulating online show flames and smoke rising from the ship.
