That is too slow. Likely bottlenecks:
- storage: NVMe > SSD > HDD
- storage connection: M.2 > SATA > USB
- Network: Wired > WiFi
- TOR: If using Tor you might have some high latency connections to peers. Reboot and hope for better connections.
