It’s a bad look for the industry (I’m no fan of Marathon) but the solution would be for the state and county to pass better local zoning ordinances, because it doesn’t look like they’re violating any actual laws. These facilities shouldn’t be located in residential areas if they’re outputting that level of noise. It’s common sense.
