Trying to filter my home screen in #Amethyst to your memes feed only, by tweaking the relay settings as followed:
Deselected the world icon for all relays, but left one. Nevertheless, couldn't see a difference immediately, probably because of how the caching works on the home screen?

As I understand, Amethyst caches the notes you scrolled, which currently prevents effectively muting relays. Hope #[4] will have time and will to look into this.
What I’ve discovered so far is that #[5] is the only client that handles this well at the moment.
