He’s so deluded or so arrogant he thinks he can basically say “genocide is fine as long as I’m doing it” and he still expects to be treated like a decent human being. He’s surprised when the world shuns him and treats him like the monster that he is. There are a lot of people like this but they’re slowly learning.
