yeah could be, i can't comment on that from experience since i only recently started drinking it, but will now rethink before drinking :D but boy do i like to have it couple hours before training :D

The coffee plant cultivates caffeiene as a defensive phytochemical to ward off pests.

Decaf has been shown to have a higher fungal load, so just keep in mind if you end up with a mold problem down the road.
