I figured it out. Trump has outsourced his camps. The profits of camp ownership and the hourly wages for the workers all go to foreigners living and working in foreign countries.
Hitler built his camps in Germany and paid Germans to staff them keeping the economic value extracted by the slave labor in Germany with the German people.
Outsourcing the concentration camps while screaming about needing more american jobs is absolutely hilarious if you are into gallows humor.
